Bondcliff, Bond, West Bond

TRAILS: Wilderness & Bondcliff trails

Off to the Bonds on another Bluebird day! Tom needs the 3 Bond peaks in order to finish his Single Season Winter 48 list with me tomorrow on Jackson. 7 AM we head out from Lincoln Woods on the Wilderness trail. 1:40 later we reach the Bondcliff trail and head up reaching the 1st of the three peaks a little over 2 hours later.

From Bondcliff we make our way up to Bond, stopping along the way to watch an impressive show form 2 fighter jets practiciing over the Pemi, one shooting off a flare and the other swooping in on it. We see very fresh fox tracks, but never got to see the fox itself.

After Bond we hit West Bond for lunch before reversing the trek back to the car. Dinner at the Common Man with Geri to celebrate.

Directions to Trailhead
From Lincoln, head East on the Kanc until you arrive at the Lincoln Woods parking lot on the left in @ 5 miles.
